Peta Meyerink - Registered Psychologist

BSocSc(SW) BSocSc(Psych) GradDip(Psych) MProfPsych

I founded Willowbright Psychology to offer something I believe is essential: a space where people feel truly safe, seen, and supported.

As a registered psychologist, I walk alongside children, adolescents, adults, and families through life’s challenges with gentle, trauma-informed care. My approach is grounded in emotional safety, curiosity, and respect—tailored to each person’s unique story.

I’m especially passionate about supporting:

  • Emotional regulation and mood concerns across the lifespan

  • Neurodivergent individuals, including ADHD and Autism

  • Identity shifts, adjustment difficulties, and life transitions

  • Parents, caregivers, and families

  • Perinatal wellbeing—from pre-conception through early parenthood

Willowbright was created to be a soft place to land—a practice where care is collaborative, affirming, and paced to meet you where you are.
