Medicare
With a GP referral and Mental Health Care Plan, you may receive a rebate of $98.95 per session (up to 10 per calendar year). A review is needed after 6 sessions.
Private Health
With Many health funds offer rebates for psychology. Please check with your insurer - claims are made directly through your fund
NDIS Support
If you're self-managed or plan-managed, you can access psychology support with no out-of-pocket costs (with appropriate funding like Capacity Building).
Willowbright Psychology is not a bulk-billing practice. Our fee schedule is presently approximately 60% of the rate for Psychologists as recommended by the AAPi and APS.

Prepare
Once your appoinment is booked you will recieve a welcome email. Your Welcome email provides all the information you need to be ready for your first appointment. This includes intake form to gather further information, details about payment and informed consent. We ask that these forms are completed prior to your initial consultation to ensure you get the most out of the appointment.
Intial Consultation
Once we recieve your completed forms you will be sent an apponment confirmation email. This email will include information about telehealth services and a link to access the secure online platform for your initial consultation. During your initial consult you will have the opportunity to explore your concerns, understand your needs and shape a personalised approach to therapy.
