As a registered psychologist I have a  deep passion for supporting individuals and families through life’s many transitions. Whether you're navigating the early days of parenthood, facing the ups and downs of adolescence, or simply seeking support to manage your mental health, I’m here to support you.

I have a particular interest in perinatal wellbeing, and I offer compassionate care to those experiencing the emotional and psychological challenges of pregnancy, birth, and early parenting. I also love working with children, teens, and their families, helping young people build resilience and emotional awareness while supporting parents through the joys and complexities of raising them.

My approach is warm, relaxed and friendly. I pride myself on my open, authentic, down to earth nature that helps clients feel safe, relaxed, and seen. My focus is to help you to make sense of yours or your childs emotions and build the skills you need to cope. My goal is to help you feel more confident and in control of your mental health.

I am trained in a range of evidenced based therapies that I draw upon to support the individual needs of my clients, including, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and play therapy techniques. I am also a certified Bringing Up Great Kids (BUGK) Facilitator and take an attachment-based approach to support parents to better understand and connect with their children.

If you're looking for a psychologist who genuinely cares, listens without judgment, and helps you feel understood, I’d love to support you.
