Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a space for you to talk about whatever you are dealing with. Whether that is feeling stressed or worn out, going through big changes in your lifeor identity or feeling overwhelmed by everything happening around you
I support adults with a wide range of concerns, including:
Burnout workplace pressures and feeling stretched too thin. When work or responsibilities pile up and you feel exhausted, overwhelmed or like you have nothing left to give, I help you find balance and understand what your mind and body need.
Ongoing stress, anxiety and overwhelm. If your thoughts feel busy, your body tense or you are always “on edge” I help explore what is driving that stress and find ways to help you feel calmer and more in control.
Trauma impacts and difficulty with emotional regulation. Past hard experiences can make emotions feel big, confusing or hard to manage. I support you to gently understand your reactions and build safety in your nervous system.
Grief, loss and significant life changes. Losing someone or going through a major change can shake your whole world. I offer a steady, caring space to process what you are feeling at your own pace.
Neurodivergence, including Autism and ADHD. I honour the way your brain works. Whether you are newly exploring your neurodivergence or wanting support with daily challenges, I help you understand your strengths and needs without judgement.
Life transitions, identity exploration and self understand. Big changes like moving, shifting roles or figuring out who you are can feel confusing and heavy. I help make sense of these moments with clarity and compassion.
Low confidence, self esteem or feeling “stuck”. When you are unsure of yourself, doubting your worth or feel like you can not move forward, I help you reconnect with your strengths and find direction again.
Relationship patterns, communication challenges and boundary setting. If you are struggling with repeating patterns, feeling unheard, or finding it hard to say “no” , Together we explore what is happening and help you build healthier more confident ways of relating.
