Support for Parents and Carers
Parenting can be deeply rewarding and at times, increadibly challenging. Our goal is to empower families with stratagies that feel realistic, compassionate and aligned with your values.
Connection
We support parents and caregivers to understand their child’s behaviour through a lens of compassion, development, and nervous‑system needs.
Parenting can feel overwhelming at times, and having a space just for you can bring clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of connection at home.
Communication
We look beneath the surface of behaviour to understand what your child may be communicating.
Our conversations are practical and grounded in real life, with space for reflection, gentle psychoeducation, and strategies that feel achievable and aligned with your family’s values—not prescriptive or “textbook” advice.
Support
We explore how factors such as development, neurodiversity, sensory needs, and the environment shape your child’s experiences.
We help shift the focus from self‑blame to understanding, moving from “What am I doing wrong?” to “What does my child need, and how can we support them with confidence?
These sessions are especially helpful for parents who are:
Navigating big feelings or big behaviours
Supporting a child with ADHD, Autism, Anxiety or a PDA profile
Noticing sensory sensitivities or emotional overwhelm
Feeling stuck, confused, or unsure what their child needs
Wanting to parent in a way that feels calmer, kinder, and more connected
