My Values

Willowbright Psychology core values include genuine care, evidence-based practice, and a commitment to making a real difference.

I believe in meeting people with warmth, curiosity, and respect. I honour each person’s lived experience and identity, creating an inclusive space where differences are valued.

I strive to empower you to better understand yourself, trust your capacity for growth, and feel confident navigating life meaningfully.

My Approach to Therapy

My approach is warm, flexible and collaborative. I aim to meet you where you are, and work alongside you rather than “treating” you from a distance.
Sessions are shaped around your needs, whether that’s gentle emotional support, practical strategies, or space to process what’s happening.

Willowbright Psychology is a place where I want children to feel safe being themselves, where parents and caregivers can breathe a little easier, and where adults are gently supported through life’s challenges

Why Willowbright?

The name Willowbright reflects my belief that healing and growth happen through safe, supportive relationships. The Willow symbolises resilience, flexibility and deep connection, while bright represents hope, understanding and positive change. At Willowbright Psychology, I provide attachment-focused support for children, adolescents, parents and adults, helping individuals and families build stronger connections and brighter futures.

Who I work with

I work with expecting and new parents, infants and young children, adolescents, adults, and families seeking support through life's challenges and developmental transitions. My practice has a particular focus on perinatal mental health, parent-child relationships, attachment, and the emotional wellbeing of children and adolescents. Through a compassionate, evidence-based, and attachment-informed approach, I help individuals and families strengthen connections, navigate challenges, and build brighter futures.

What working together is like

Seeking support can feel vulnerable, and it's important to find a psychologist with whom you feel comfortable and understood. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to share your experiences at your own pace. My approach is collaborative and attachment-informed, recognising that growth and healing happen within safe and supportive relationships. Together, we will explore challenges with curiosity and compassion, build on your strengths, and work towards greater wellbeing, resilience, and connection.
